Our 1-Year Workmanship Warranty

If paint failure occurs due to our workmanship within 1 year of completing your project, such as peeling or flaking, contact us and we'll inspect the affected area.

If the issue is covered by our warranty, we'll return and rectify the affected area at no extra cost to you.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers paint failure that is directly caused by our workmanship, including:

✓ Peeling or flaking caused by inadequate preparation

✓ Paint adhesion problems caused by our workmanship

✓ Other workmanship-related paint failures

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage or paint failure caused by circumstances outside our workmanship, including:

✗ Damage caused by the customer or other occupants

✗ Accidental damage, impact or misuse

✗ Damage caused by other trades or contractors

✗ Structural movement or cracking

✗ Rising damp, moisture or water leaks

✗ Mould or mildew that develops after the work is completed

✗ Existing surface defects

✗ Normal wear and tear

✗ Environmental conditions beyond our control

If damage occurs after completion as a result of the customer's actions, use of the property or failure to address an underlying issue, the warranty does not apply.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you notice a potential paint failure, simply contact us and let us know what has happened.

We'll arrange a time to inspect the affected area and determine whether the issue is covered under our 1-year workmanship warranty.

If it is covered, we'll arrange the necessary rectification at no additional cost.
